Diversity/Equal Opportunity Brief for Committees

Prior to commencing a search, it is prudent to provide each search committee with a brief on diversity and equal opportunity to equip them with knowledge of the common pitfalls of organizations failing to conduct an inclusive search. Stereotyping, unintentional bias, and other unconscious acts can sometimes derail good intentions. This training helps committees recruit and select with retention, diversity, and fit in mind.
