Diversity, Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action, and Inclusion Statements

Every organization should state in a positive manner how it views diversity by placing a statement on its website, in its publications, and in its advertisements for vacant positions. They should do so, not as a legal requirement, but as a statement of values and beliefs.
